This Victorian treasure, created by the original owner's Great Grandmother in the 19th century to commemorate her fourchildren and ten grandchildren, is a 14k solid gold and blue enamel broach, set with 15 Rose European cut natural diamonds in various sizes, with an aggregate weight of more than 1 carat.
